Had a good week grooming starting Monday after new snow over the weekend. The State Convention this week in LaGrande kept us busy keeping our trails smooth for rides planned in the Tollgate area. Cold temps and more new snow mid week really helped us keep the trails in great shape. Thanks to our drivers for putting in extra days and hours to make this happen. We groomed to both shelters twice this week as well as all the trails in between. We also groomed out towards Black Mountain from Ruckel and around Timothy loop for convention rides to those areas. With new snow we also went around the Chalet Shumway loop for the first time this year. It still is short on snow in places and needs more brushing done to make it better for the groomer and safer for snowmobiles.
Two broken cleats and a light issue on the 20 cat drag plus a hydraulic leak on the 20 and 23 cat were our maintance issues.
Thanks
