This week we have not groomed due to warm weather conditions day and night. If it did get down to freezing, it was just for a few short hours in the early morning, not enough time to groom or set the trails up. Snow is on the way for the week-end with a cold front, so we hope to have better luck this coming week.
We did work on the 08 the first of the week replacing cleats that had broken bolts.
The Forest Service has selected a new District Ranger for the Walla Walla Ranger District, Aaron Gagnon, who is coming to us from the Mahleur National Forest where he was a district ranger. We look forward to meeting and working with him in the future.
